BAE Goes to the Ballet

Join us May 18 as Launchpad and the Bangor Ballet present a peek inside the Bangor Ballet, its training regimen, and insights from its new Artistic Director Roberto Forleo about his vision for the work the company will perform, along with mini-performances and new choreography from Riley Watts.

Program: Mini-Class for company taught and narrated by Artistic Director Roberto Forleo. Le Corsaire pas de deux (2 dancers) and dance of the Odalisques (3 dancers). Swan Lake black swan pas de deux (2 dancers). Les Vivandieres (19th Century romantic tutu piece for 5 dancers). New choreographed piece from Riley Watts (2 dancers). Tap ensemble number and tap solo.

Launchpad is pleased to co-present this event and further serve its mission of promoting Creative Placemaking and arts awareness in Maine.

*Online sales end at 5PM on 05/18. Tickets available at the door unless “Sold Out” annoucement is made. Tickets at the door will be sold as capacity allows even after a sell out.
