The Bangor Arts Exchange Ballroom and 3rd floor Gallery space are available for private rental. For pricing and availability please fill out the form below.
We have a full bar in the Ballroom, and all beverage service for rentals is arranged through the venue.
Use of the Ballroom includes (upon request) use of our lighting, small PA system for music or speaking, and video projector, as well as up to 8 six-foot rectangular folding tables and 8 three-foot round cocktail tables.
Please note: the venue is not available for rental for ticketed or non-ticketed performance events for the general public. For artists, performers or organizations inquiring about performance opportunities at BAE please email hello@wearelaunchpad.org
Pricing:
Rental Rates at the Bangor Arts Exchange are broken into three groups: Events that begin and end between 9AM – 3PM, and events that end after 3PM, and Weddings. For events that end after 3PM, a minimum of a 4-hour block is required for rental.
Discounts:
We typically offer discounted rental prices to 501(c)(3) nonprofits and arts-based rentals. Please fill out the rental inquiry form for a complete quote of rental charges.
Prices are subject to change and may include additional charges depending on rental requests.
